An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Downstairs offers a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living space. Experience comfort, charm, and Suwannee River beauty at our retreat!

DIRECTLY ON the crystal clear waters of the Ichetucknee River, the Riverfront Retreat is a beautiful rustic home and the perfect place to find peace, rest & relaxation. Swim or go tubing on what US Travel News deemed as Florida's best tubing river. Private viewing platform with floating dock right on the water. 4 Bedrooms & sleeps 9 with ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

Otter Landing on Santa Fe River, 13 private acres

Spend all the time you want at home in Nature relaxing or recreating. This unique treehouse home is set high up in the trees and on 13 acres of natural habitat on the banks of the Santa Fe River. The Santa Fe has so much wildlife, and we are near the famous crystalline Ichetucknee River and miles of public trails. We share our kayaks, a canoe, and many amenities for your stay. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

The first of four area springs (Blue, Poe, Ginnie) is 10 miles away. Scuba/snorkeling/kayaking/nature trails/antiquing/brewery/restaurants/ice cream shop nearby in this charming outdoorsy town. FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home.

Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths & even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. House nestled in the middle of the forest. Peaceful retreat with 2 decks. Fire pit and grill with gazebo. You are 5 min to I 75 , 5 min to Oleno park and 10 min to itchetucknee river. Ginnie springs is 25 min. High speed internet w Roku . Around the property you see at any given day deer turkey & cows. Star gazing . The house is very cozy , well equipped , roomy. Baby travel bed/pen and table seat . Corn hole game. Great fun for family !

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
