This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

Formerly a church basement, we have taken it down to the bare brick. Offering almost 1200 sq. ft. of living space with 3 spacious bedrooms. The open concept kitchen and living room with large peninsula and barstools and large smart tv makes for a great gathering place . If you're in the area for work, a wedding, sports and whatever it may be, this place is Almost Home. Full disclosure, the entryway is not quite finished, but does not affect the guest quarters.

The Rookery Cottage - Access scenic hiking trails

This rustic cottage is a quiet retreat in the heart of the Middle Raccoon River Valley. Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.

Lakeview Loft at Arrowhead Cabins

Cute & Cozy cabin along the beautiful Black Hawk Lake. This charming space is the perfect little escape for a relaxing get away. Imagine waking up to a beautiful view of the lake while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy fishing and swimming around the common dock. 4 public boat ramps are located nearby As night falls enjoy the sunset and the stars out by the fire pit. The cabin has two guest parking stalls with additional free parking if needed.

Relaxing galaxy bell tent getaway

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.
