Must See True Log Cabin - Longview Haven

Longview Haven is an authentic log cabin located on 8 acres connected to the Tiffany Wildlife Area. The Tiffany Wildlife Area is public fishing and hunting land located in Buffalo and Pepin counties, with approximately 13,000 acres for public use. The cabin is located a short distance (~0.25 miles) from Dead Lake. The property is located 7 miles from Durand, WI, and 14 miles from Pepin, WI. Durand is based along the Chippewa River and provides all the necessities for your stay.

Creekside Cabin

Looking for a getaway? Come to the Creekside cabin just outside city limits to test out "Tiny House Living"! All the amenities of home only smaller. This is a great place! Sit by the creek and listen to the water run or cozy up to the "Tiny" wood burning fireplace to get away from it all. Situated right on the Minnesota State Snowmobile trails. Trails also great for walking/4 wheeling/biking. Please note: you are not by yourself. We live on the property Pets not allowed.

Welcome to our happy place. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the views and the company on the deck. You will be steps from the water where you can catch some rays or fish off the dock. Unwind at our cozy cabin with the convenience of being 20 min away from Rochester. Take in some live music or people watching at any of the 3 bars on the lake, all a short driving distance away. Boat rentals are also available at Kings Marina.

The Main Stay on the Bluff

The Main Stay on the Bluff is a spacious 3,000 sq ft home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of guests. The main floor is fully handicap accessible and opens to an outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit. As part of Samakya Cabins, one of two private retreats set on 65 secluded acres, the property offers incredible bluff views, peaceful surroundings, and a truly special escape immersed in nature.

Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds is probably the best part of the cabin. Attractive flower beds, large yard, spacious interior, pond, and creek. Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.
