The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Enjoy this cozy 2nd floor guest suite for 2 in a 200 year old farmhouse! The space is a 3 room guest suite, with private entrance, full bath, bedroom and living room. The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family is in the process of moving out of the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our cattle. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.
