Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Our 2-bedroom pet-friendly home has all you need for your next trip to the shore. You'll be two and a half blocks from the beach and within walking distance to popular restaurants. The shaded front porch has ample seating, and the spacious backyard includes a table, seating, and grill just for you. The living room has space to gather around the tv, and a dining table for meals and games. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace. 4 Belmar beach passes are included, as well as chairs.
