Large rear deck with outdoor kitchen, LCD TV, unique glass topped canoe table with seating and a great day bed. Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach.
