Set on 12 acres this secluded little house is the perfect get-a-way place to enjoy some down time. Close to fishing at Lake Conroe this cottage serves also as a central point to enjoy some of the local wineries, visit historic downtown Montgomery, explore the Sam Houston National Forest or spend time at the Texas Renaissance Festival which is only 20 minutes away. The physical address and entrance road name has changed several times in the past few years so the GPS address may not work.

Kind-Of-A Lake House (water view & access)

Relax with the family at this peaceful canal cottage; sleeps six. The main bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed (Queen option), and the couch in the living area features a queen. Enjoy updated amenities within the home or spend your time outside on one of two covered patios. Secure your boat on site. Relax by the firepit or the covered patio overlooking the canal. Make use of the large yard for your boat or toys within a secured privacy gate.

Lakefront cottage on Lake Conroe offers wonderful views and lake access in a quiet community on the North side of the lake. The front porch welcomes you into this comfy space with over 1300 sq ft. The cottage features a covered deck, 3 bedrooms, fast WIFI, smart TV's, BBQ grill, and fishing rods if you would like to fish from the deck. The interior amenities have a cozy~modern design as we also use this home as a getaway for our family.

Relax in the heart of the Sam Houston National Forest in our two bedroom cozy cottage. This cottage is a perfect location to come relax with plenty of amenities close by. Huntsville State Park 8.7mi, Sam Houston State University 15mi, Downtown Huntsville Antique Shopping 16mi, 3 lakes for fishing within minutes away and the Blue Lagoon is only 16 miles from the Cottage. We have most everything for a fun weekend retreat for the family.

Enjoy a peaceful lakeside retreat at our private lake, or enjoy a fast paced experience at the larger Lake Conroe, only a few minutes away. The Lil Blue Lake House is close to hiking trails, breweries, fine dining, live music and dancing, or great fishing and lakeside activities. Another option is to stay in and enjoy family games or outdoor activities; included in our amenities. You get the best of both worlds!
