Our cozy space is equipped with all you could need for a short or long stay (including laundry). We are a 5 minute walk to Historic Harrison Ave and restaurants, 1 block from the Mineral Belt Trail, 24 mins to Copper Mountain, 10 to Ski Cooper, 30 to Frisco, 45 to Vail! Beautiful views of Mt. Our cabin is one of a kind. Isolated with easy access, it is located outside Leadville-10,200 feet, between the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges, with stunning views of both. Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The county plows the road, still we recommend AWD or 4WD for all winter travel. Please read “other things to note” before booking.
