Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view and lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie and cat fish. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, and full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house and fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road and Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away.

Access to private pond on property. 38 ft RV, huge private parking area that will accommodate several cars, trucks and boats. Ext cord provide to charge boat. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths!. Sleeps 6! Great AC!! Lots of off road parking and easy checkin. This is part of a 15 unit short term rental property. 1 mile from boat ramp and state park for Lake Bob Sandlin! and 2 other lakes. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door! Dogs under 40 lbs, please add dogs as additional guest at time of booking.
