Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. Forge Cottage

We have recently updated this cottage ---- with a new kitchen with a proper hob and oven, and also replaced all the windows and even the front door ! The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Ideal for couples, or people traveling on their own, the cottage is a great location for local attractions such as Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle, Kilhope lead mining museum etc., but it's also great for those looking for peace and quiet and country walks !!

Amie's Annexe , Kendal , South Lakes

Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.

The Old Tannery

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. A short beautiful walk will bring you to 'Acorn Bank' National Trust House, with spectacular walks along the river and a tea room.

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. A cosy 2 bedroom home just 5 mins walk to the centre of Ambleside. Ideally located in the heart of the Lake District with some of the best walks that the area has to offer right from the door. Recently modernised and with all the home comforts you need for a perfect holiday. Ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. Just a 5 minute drive (1 mile walk) to the head of Lake Windermere with amazing views and boat trips. Small dogs are welcome with a maximum of two.
