These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine.

Just outside of the city enjoy a quiet escape in your own charming farmhouse with access to Lake Dunlap/Guadalupe River. River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
