This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.

A 270m walking track leads you down to your own private jetty where you can tie up your vessel. There is an all-wheel drive dirt road that also leads down to your jetty. This property sleeps 8, however there is a delux fold-out bed. This is where your dream vacation begins.

This home is situated in close proximity to Eildon. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck offer majestic views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is a perfect set up for a large family or group. The home has six bedrooms, with eight beds spread over two levels with three upstairs and three downstairs. Each level is seperate to the other. Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and numerous cooking utensils and equipment.
