This is a Penthouse Suite on the 4th level and there are two flights of stairs from entrance on 2nd level.

Snowgrass Farm Stay is a unique gem, beautifully situated in a small valley, 20 minutes from Leavenworth and 5 to Plain. This newly built apartment sits above a garage and overlooks Snowgrass Farm, which produces certified organic vegetables and fruit May through October. In the winter months outdoor adventures abound as we are on a forest service road with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding, all accessed from your front door. The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Suite Escape

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

Our charming little bungalow is tucked away in a corner of the equally charming town of Pateros. Perfect as a central location for local sightseeing, golfing, and outdoor recreation, or spending your days on the porch with your favorite drink and person watching the eagles and osprey over the beautiful Methow River.
