LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access stairwell down to a small private beach directly on Lake Erie. Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. All New Windows, Hickory hardwood floors, shower, electric flat-top oven, retro-Fridge, retro-Microwave/Toaster, Keurig, "Casper Dream Max" King-size mattress, Twin sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy cabin on a quiet dead end street. With Snug Harbor Marina just a few minute walk down the street, Chautauqua Lake is right at your fingertips! Enjoy cooking outdoors with the BBQ grill, or make use of the full indoor kitchen. Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Enjoy this secluded two bedroom rustic cabin on over an acre on the banks of French Creek. Spend your day fishing and kayaking (bring your own or borrow ours), and your evening around the campfire or the wood stove. Relax on the covered porch - complete with a comfy daybed. The cabin is completely renovated with an eclectic, artistic touch. Most of the artwork is also available for purchase. Close proximity to golf, hunting, hiking, disc golf, and breweries. Well behaved pets are welcome too.

Rustic Retreat

A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Riverbend Cabin~ Allegheny Island Wilderness Area

Located at the end of a quiet lane, with a stunning view of the Allegheny River, our riverfront cabin is the perfect getaway to relax with family and friends. Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!
