This spacious room features a Jacuzzi tub and king size Bed. The room is built as an addition to a converted barn built around 1900. The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. We do not charge additional fees except for extra guests, pets and if you chose to have breakfast.

4 BR/3 Bath Historic Guest House completely restored over 15 summers. Home has upstairs and downstairs gathering spaces, beautiful eat-in kitchen, rear patio with hot tub, barbeque, and fire pit. Up to 4 off-street parking places. While this is a full house rental, Owner/Proprietor has an efficiency unit in front room of home that has a separate entrance. This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.

This guest suite, named after brothers Jeremiah & Nelson Clark, for whom the village was named due to their contributions to the town. We've taken the bed & breakfast, originally opened in '94, & modernized it for our guests. We provide a continental breakfast in your suite, or you can visit one of several restaurants and cafes in nearby downtown Clarkston.

An enchanting 1886 Historical Italianate home located in New Baltimore, Michigan. "The Alvinia Room" is a ground level room with a Queen bed and private bathroom.
