Welcome to our 11-acre property centrally located among the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and the Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized bedroom and one bath 5th wheel with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. One sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra guests. There is a one-acre fully stocked pond where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy the serene outdoors. You can end your day around the fire pit outside of your unit.

The EM Sightseer Stationary RV

This rental is a stationary RV, which is a motorhome that stays put. The RV is docked in the driveway at another AirBnB rental and is only about 5 to 7 minutes from the Falls and all the attractions. This is a comfortable and unique space to stay for your visit to Niagara Falls, but also economical for travelers. As an RV it does use waste tanks and they do need to be emptied, which we do for you without interrupting your privacy.

This is a cozy camper, sitting in our back yard facing our country wooded property, very quiet. Very nice view of the woods. Very nice area for a fire to sit around. No winter rentals. About 7 miles from Chautauqua institution, 2 miles from Chautauqua lake and 5 miles midway park. 8 miles from Lake Erie and wineries, 9 miles from lily dale. Check out our other campers as well.
