Welcome to our peaceful countryside retreat located conveniently close to both Ft Moore/Columbus, GA and Auburn/Opelika, AL. The spacious suite offers unparalleled relaxation and enjoyment, beautiful views, farm animals, wildlife observation, and nearby amenities. You’ll see bison grazing by the house, chickens roaming, and hear the occasional MOOOOOO of a cow. Stargazing and bird watching are excellent activities, but you can also fish, play frisbee, darts, cornhole, explore walking trails...

Includes dock and boat access (marina and boat ramp minutes away). Great swimming, fishing and kayaking (2 kayaks included). Relaxing screened in front porch overlooking lake with swing and rocking chairs. Additional deck, firepit and grill that's perfect for outdoor dining with beautiful sunsets.

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

The Blue Heron is our 2 BR/1 BA 710 sq ft modern designed guesthouse that sits on 4.5-acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. Welcome to Beaver Tale Pond. Relax on a 30 ft deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching a large mouth bass. Fall asleep by the firepit listening to the frogs, crickets and owls sing you to sleep. The large eat in kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or a sunset dinner on the deck or the dock. Located 15 minutes to whitewater rafting and 30 minutes from Ft Benning and Auburn, AL. Come tailgate with us. Drop a line and stay a while!
