Whether you need a country getaway or a place to lay your head after a football game, our cottage in the foothills of upstate SC is the perfect spot for both. You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Private-Lake getaway-7 mile view from dock

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Relax with your family or friends at this unique brand-new water-front home on a hillside. Relish lake Keowee and nature while you can reach Clemson within a 25-mintute drive. You are heading for an easy and comfortable stay with plenty of choices for your activities. Whether you plan to kayak or bring your boat, finish your favorite book or grill your best recipe, you only regret not to come to Lake Keowee sooner. It is beautiful all year round and so is our home from sunrise to sunset.

The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.

1,200 square foot apartment over a quiet barn on a cul-de-sac of a lake community. Near I-85, T. Ed Garrison Livestock Arena, downtown Pendleton, Clemson, and Lake Hartwell. Perfect for Clemson football games, horse/livestock shows or trail riding at Garrison Arena, lay over with horse, graduation, visiting your college student, fishing tournaments, or vacationing near Lake Hartwell. A private guest house overlooking sheep pastures and woods. Accessed by flight of stairs.

“on the edge” is a small, cozy, rustic, lakefront cabin with easy walk to a private dock on Lake Hartwell. Great for fishing and swimming. Public boat ramp 2 miles. Living/dining area, two bedrooms. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Lakeside Getaway

Fishing tournaments, College games or just relaxing in this cozy farm style retreat on Lake Hartwell. Private and secure parking for a fishing boat/trailer and close to both Clemson and Anderson University. Ideal for both summer and winter enjoyment. The dock is in a secluded deep-water cove, for swimming, fishing or using the kayaks (2) or SUP. We also have room if you choose to bring your own boat. We look forward to your stay with us.
