The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

It comes fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, microwave, dining table, all the needed kitchen items to enjoy your stay. The condo also has a private gas grill for outdoor cooking.

We are centrally located in Little Current and just steps from the grocery stores, a pharmacy, the Beer store, and we are walking distance to the downtown core, waterfront and boardwalk

The Inn at Shady Pines - King Suite

The Inn at Shady Pines (an ode to The Golden Girls) is locally-owned and remotely-operated by a group of friends who met as real estate agents in metro Detroit. After an extensive renovation, we are proud to offer 10 beautifully updated rooms with either one king bed and a pull out sofa or two queen beds. All rooms come with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, TV, private bathrooms, basic toiletries and views of Lake Michigan.
