Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Fully furnished efficiency suite located 10 minutes from Surfside Beach and 5 minutes away from the industrial plants in Freeport. This studio apartment includes an updated shower, kitchen, tile flooring, high speed wifi and a smart tv with free YouTube tv. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee bar, dishes and basic cooking utensils. The house with boat dock and hot/cold outdoor shower is just 100 meters from West Galveston Bay, easily accessed by the canal. Easy 1000 meters walk/drive to the beach (parking available). Fishing is fantastic in this area even from the dock. 25 minute drive to city of Galveston. The neighborhood has a full service marina, restaurant and bar.
