Adults-Only Private Getaway. In the countryside of Te Miro, in the heart of New Zealand's central North Island just 15 mins from Cambridge, featuring breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Our two-bedroom suite includes a lounge and dining area, luxurious bathroom, and private hot tub/jacuzzi. With its own private entrance, the suite is connected to one end of the owner’s residence yet remains completely secluded for your comfort and privacy. Not suitable for children under 13 yrs.

The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Deck overlooks vegetable garden. The unit & garden are private and quiet. ELECTRIC VEHICLE charging available. Secure storage for motorbikes & cycles. Unit has queen bed, heat pump/air-con. Tea/coffee/milk, light breakfast foods provided. Babies OK if you provide portacot, advanced notice needed.

Treetops studio by Lake Karapiro

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Country Stay with Mount Kakepuku Views

Breathe the fresh country air at this contemporary architecture retreat. On the outside, the home features a sleek industrial aesthetic and a private outdoor bath, while the inside bursts with a boutique design style, neutral greys, and wood accents. The country stay is located down a typical New Zealand country road. Surrounded by dairy farms and kiwi fruit orchards, guests may see farmers about their daily work. Feel free to wave out to them if they drive past in their tractors.

Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later.
