The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

When a quiet lake getaway has been prescribed, Dock Holiday has just what the Dock-tor ordered. Our private, spacious 3 room suite combines serenity w/ luxury accommodations that include a queen bedroom, dining foyer, living room w/ a well appointed kitchenette (no Stove) & private bathroom. Guests have access to a covered patio with dining area, rocking chairs and a propane grill w/ side burner. Guests are welcome to use our covered 20 x 27 foot dock and boat slip for guest boat or jet skis.

Private Waterfall Apt | No Shared Spaces | pets+

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.
