This spacious and cozy studio has been completely updated with features like a functional kitchenette, king size bed, and its own private patio area with furniture, BBQ Grill, and outdoor lighting. Bicycles are furnished to take advantage of the outdoors. This suite is equipped with access to a washer/dryer, and a Roku TV. Located next to St. Pete Country Club, as well as Beaches and Parks. A very beachy, cozy and charming detached house with private access and parking. It is fully furnished with a futon and open bedroom with queen bed. One block from beautiful Lassing Park on Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, amazing museums, restaurants, concerts, breweries and beaches are just minutes away! Equipped with a mini split AC, the apartment stays cool and quiet. Note that the cottage is equipped with a stove but no oven.
