Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che, per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna, è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. Rustico immerso nel verde,vicino al fiume e alle sue spiagge, roccia per l'arrampicata a 30m, klettern, a 200m Bus per Locarno e Ascona (5km) 10 min A PIEDI dalla strada su sentiero. Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. "Alba" è uno dei tre appartamenti presenti all’interno dell'Agriturismo Conca Sandra, ottenuto in un edificio storico immerso nel verde della nostra azienda agricola biologica. Qui, a poca distanza dal Lago di Como e da Varenna ( 20minuti di cammino molto ripido / 5 minuti di macchina), respirerete un'atmosfera fuori dal tempo: un giardino fiorito, un uliveto in cui passeggiare, la campagna coltivata, il lago e la montagna sullo sfondo. La nostra struttura è interamente eco-sostenibile.

You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

The accommodation offers a double room, a breakfast corner (with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge) and a private bathroom. A second room with a bunk bed and cot is available when booking for 3/4 persons. The accommodation has a private parking space, free wifi, and a large private garden.

Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
