You’ll love our luxury retreat because of its lake front location with stunning lake and mountain views. Only a five minute walk to Te Anau's main street, cafe's, shops, restaurants and tourist info/bookings. Te Anau is an ideal stop over to experience Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, and all Fiordland has to offer. Our place is perfect for small groups, couples, and families. You can enjoy the house including kayaks and pool table and free wifi. We are Dairy farmers who love to relax in Te Anau

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. Our modern 'suite style' bach is nestled in the heart of the best that Manapouri has to offer, with bush walks to gorgeous lake beaches a step out the door. Couples, and groups of two will love this location on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, while still only a few doors down from a bar/ restaurant, cafe / dairy and the starting point for Doubtful Sound cruises.

Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.

Manapouri Ridge Studio - Cleaning fee in price

A private, sunny, self-contained three roomed modern unit in Manapouri, attached to a private home. Includes a living area with sink,microwave, fridge and bathroom and a north-facing patio with a view to the mountains. A lake view is a few steps away. Five minute walk to the lake-front, ten minutes walk to the cafe and store, and fifteen minutes by car to Te Anau.

Dusky Peaks Unit 2 (2 Bedroom)

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.

Glendale River View, Manapouri

My place is a self contained house with a fully fenced garden. Two minutes walk to the Doubtful Sound departure point and walking distance to lakefront, restaurants and shop. It has amazing river, mountain and bush views, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and leather lounge suite. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
