We have been inspected & are licensed with the city. ZTRHP1-2020-00027. Ask prior to arrival about the use of our high-quality mid-drive ebikes when you stay (for a small fee).

Full bath with stand up shower in lower level and washer/dryer on site also. Kayak rentals available at the cabin. Lawn games, poker table, board games & more available!

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Community parks and city pool within 2 blocks of of the home. Close to all schools, library, parks and bike paths. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it
