Fall, winter and spring provide amazing views of Lake Monroe. While summer allows for easy access to Lake Monroe. Plenty of room to park a boat or have multiple cars. The home has modern decor with wood stove, new appliances, surround sound and all of the amenities you need for your stay. Just 20 minutes from IU.
Relaxing Retreat in the WoodsRelaxing retreat in the middle of 16 acres of woods yet minutes from shopping, restaurants, Lake Monroe and the I.U. stadium--only a 13 minute drive for you basketball and football fans. Fire pit, grill, hammock, board games, CD and record player. No cable or television. Cell phone service and internet available if sometimes a bit spotty. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, blender, dishes, utensils, tea, coffee.

We offer increased discounts for week, month, two month, and three month stays. Your space has a separate entrance through the north (right) fence gate. The living room/kitchenette has a printer, mini-fridge, microwave, iron, and sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with queen bed, dresser, and closet. Guests have access to a small private deck and fenced yard. The space is separated from the main house by a dividing wall, allowing complete privacy during your stay.
