The balconies off the master bedroom and living area offer unmatched views of the pool, garden area and San Juan del Sur bay. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwidth or anything else specific.
