Only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping & recreational activities in Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, Lowes' Head Offices, Davidson College, and a quick drive to all that Charlotte has to offer.

Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.
