Furnished with mix modern furniture and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. Welcome to our Midcentury modern pied-à-terre near Multnomah Village within a peaceful and quiet neighborhood! It is very centrally located, with easy access to trails, and within a short easy drive to downtown Portland. It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

Your private ~600 sf apt was designed with vaulted ceilings and natural wood, inspired by a tree house. This apartment was completely redesigned in 2022 with quality furniture, memory foam mattress, art by friends and new TVs along with a set of art books for inspiration. I hear birds most of the day and we have a very private large backyard with large covered porch where you can enjoy the sunny (and the rainy) days. The Dell View Suite at the Wilsonville Equestrian Center (WEC) is a unique, spacious getaway in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from Interstate 5 (and dozens of shops and restaurants) and about 30 min from downtown Portland. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate.
