A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). It has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom with bath. From the windows a picturesque and romantic green Karlova opens up in front of you..

Lohjaoja holiday home is located in Lahemaa, surrounded by sea, old port, forest, stream and a lake. When booking our cozy home, you'll also have a beautiful sauna house, combined with a big terrace. In summer you can go bicycling or hiking to discover all nearby places, you can pick berries and mushrooms from the forest. In the sauna house, there’s everything available for a good barbecue. In winter you can go skiing on the sea, enjoy the sauna and jump into snow :)

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
