Villa Serra is located in beautiful Pepin, Wisconsin. This unique 3 bedroom 2 full bath home boasts panoramic views of Lake Pepin. The open floor plan features a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and breakfast bar island. The dining area leaded to an elevated open porch and deck with expansive views. Stroll through the hillside gardens and relax on the deck overlooking the lake - a perfect setting for gathering, enjoying the gas BBQ and dining al fresco. The perfect Lake Pepin retreat!

Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

A roomy, but cozy upstairs loft with den, kitchen, bedroom with new queen bed, and full bath. The futon couch in the den can be made into a full size bed. Guest wifi and television with cable included. Shared entrance with homeowner but completely private space with locked door at top of main stairs.
