There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

Waterfront Loft

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Off season deals, Lake Flower, Sunsets, & Retro

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
