The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

A cozy unfussy cabin in downtown Algonac. Kitchenette with toaster oven and portable burner for counter. A perfect spot to get away and enjoy boat watching from the edge of the property. Situated on the north channel and St. Clair river enjoy the water views and directly across the street from the Algonac boardwalk. Only Airbnb in downtown district within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Boat launch options very close. Parking on premises including boat.

N. Corktown Loft—Bright, Cozy ADU—Alleyway Access

Welcome to The N. Corktown Loft—a modern light-filled studio in Detroit. Entry to the loft is in the rear of the property, accessible only from the alleyway via Elm or Butternut. • The Loft is a second floor studio space with bed, living area, kitchen and bathroom. • There is a free, designated parking area off the alley, adjacent to entry door. • The studio is in the outbuilding, behind our house, with entry and parking area off alley
