The cottage is nestled behind the main house on a cove with access to a dock on the main lake. The area is abundant with deer and wildlife. It's the perfect place for fishermen, hunters and those who just want to get away to write and absorb nature. There is a boat ramp within 5 min and the Bainbridge boat basin is 20 min away. Available for hire are fishing and hunting guides.

This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

A perfect place to relax, a country setting and still close to town. The farmhouse is 1700 sq foot 3 BR /3 BA home that boast 1500 sq feet of deck and dock area. A cozy fire pit is available for chilly nights. The farmhouse is 1000 feet from the Ochlockonee River and adjacent to Greenwood Plantation and River Creek Wildlife Management Area, a 2,437 acre Area open to hunting and camping. The home is 5 miles from downtown Thomasville and an easy ride to Tallahassee Florida

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.
