Cozy studio situated in central place of Yerevan, only 15 minutes walking to the very center. All surrounded with green garden the studio is perfect to be close to center but feel yourself away from it. Equipped with all you might need for long and short term living. We have big garden with several terrace around, where you can rest. Studio is situated on the first floor of the house. The studio is also a showroom of famous Armenian contemporary artist Arthur Sarkssian.
