The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Lounge chairs, Sun umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire pit, 2-Bistro tables for morning coffee and a Day bed for an afternoon of napping and relaxing. If you have any questions at anytime... Close to local breweries and shopping. Is perfect for a family or business team events. Huge dining area with fully functional luxury kitchen. Large covered deck is perfect for dinner or drinks. Viking 6 person hot tub. Parking driveway can handle multiple vehicles! We have AC as well. Custom dog run for the pets.

The Maple Leaf Cottage

Tiny home tucked in the rural Forest Glade area of Machias, Snohomish. Only 7 minutes from Machias Meadows & Pretty Bird event venues. Warm up by the woodstove w/ a good book, or roast s’mores at your private fire pit, and sip coffee on the porch as our resident deer pass by. Whether your here for wedding, some outdoor adventure, or a lazy lake days, you'll be tucked away in the woods, while being near it all. Unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the stillness of this peaceful rural retreat.

The Pendthouse

Come relax and unwind in this private, peaceful getaway. Nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Snohomish, the suite is completely separate from the main residence with private entry and designated parking. Modern updates, along with beautiful views and quiet surroundings allow you to feel right at home as soon as you enter. We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

Built in 1918 {The Bennett Farm House} located in Snohomish Washington. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Quiet, peaceful location and only 5 minutes to downtown Snohomish. We no longer do long-term stays. This cozy home offers a charming front porch, beautiful views, and comfortable living spaces. The Bennett House has two bedrooms each with a queen beds and one large bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious dining and living rooms for the perfect vacation from everyday life.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Treehouse Place at Deer Ridge Ole Mill

Welcome to the Ole' Treehouse Mill! Come see forest critters, and mountain views from this one of a kind getaway! I dedicated a year to reclaiming this structure from a mill previously located near Seattle that was set to be demolished to make room for high density housing. Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We made sure to include high end luxury finishes throughout to make for a completely unique stay in our private 80 acre forest. @frommtimbercompany
