Located above the garage of our main residence, it has a private side entrance completely separate from the main house for total privacy. Set at the end of a beautiful subdivision just 2 miles from downtown Vineyard Haven, guests enjoy a private patio w/ gardens & a gas fire pit. Inside features stylish Vineyard décor, crisp A/C, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom w/ queen memory foam bed & a large walk-in shower.

Sunny Studio Apartment on Martha's Vineyard

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

This property is a refuge in Vineyard Haven’s historic district. Use our bikes to explore the island, or enjoy the short walk down Main Street to town beaches and fine dining. On site parking is available, or leave your car on the mainland and enjoy the easy walk from the ferry.

Ditty Box Cottage is a lovely one bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and Roku TV. It includes a private deck with chairs and a screened-in porch with a picnic table. Additional amenities include outside showers, BBQ grill, use of the inn's facilities, and walk-on or car passes to a choice of Chilmark's Private Beaches - Lucy Vincent or Squibnocket during beach pass season.

Lovely 500 sq. ft. guest cottage on peaceful, residential hilltop near town & water. Open kitchen & living area; bedroom with double bed; sweet office/bedroom accessed through bedroom with twin bed; queen sofa bed in living room. Walkable to parks, beach and town for kids and adults. Lovely farmers porch with adirondack chairs and table. Very private. Off street parking. No dogs or any pets of any kind, . Please only 2 people. Children are people!
