Parking right outside the door, walk 750meters to town to enjoy breakfast at one of the many cafes. Ski slopes are just over an hour away. Fridge, kettle, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery,wine glasses, chopping board and sharp knife . Iron and ironing board. Beach towels for a dip in the lake. Self contained studio, semi detached from main house. Located in suburb of Hilltop, minutes drive from town and walk to the lake. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and induction hob. Bedroom with a queen bed, cosy lounge with TV and fold out couch for extra guests if required. Also two cubby beds suitable for children up to 140cm tall. Flued gas heater keeps the place nice and toasty in the winter months. WiFi included.

Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends. We live upstairs and try to keep noise to a minimum but you can expect to hear us sometimes.
