Off street parking for a small car, 400mbps Wifi, Fire Stick, portable AC unit, patio with umbrella, chairs, and BBQ. No pets, parties, smoking, or loud outside cell phone usage, please. Not suitable for children.

Full private above ground unit with sitting area and raised bath (think throne). Enter through a breakfast room where you can grab some coffee. In the summer sit outside to drink coffee, wine, eat or read. Note, no full kitchen. Neighborhood parking. 3 blocks from public transit. It makes for a lovely stay.

After enjoying a full day of sightseeing and adventure, unwind in my well-furnished home, high-end bed, waterfront view, big TVs with Netflix, toiletries, spacious kitchen and cozy living area with a fireplace!

Our guest house is located in the Eastlake neighborhood. Our home is situated between downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. We love hosting guests and meeting people from all over the world. We are exploring our city in new ways, boat share rentals, intercity trails and outdoor dining with wonderful lake views. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)
