Our camp is off road, off grid, on the edge of the BWCA. 2 cabins, sauna, outdoor kitchen pavilion, fire pit, beach and dock on Fall Lake near Ely. 20 minutes to town, 3 million acres of wilderness out the door. Fish, canoe, swim, explore woods and lakes. Spend your time here or use as basecamp for backcountry trips. See deer, eagles, loons, moose, bear, or hear a wolf howl in the distance. LED lanterns, propane cookstoves and refrigeration, get water from lake, or nearby well. Life on the edge.

This rustic but charming cabin with lofted bed features a beautiful lakefront deck and fire pit, all tucked away in Minnesota's Northwoods. Also included is a separate bunkhouse with queen size bed with lake view out of every window! The main cabin has hot water for dishes and showers along with a well maintained outhouse. Close to public access and marina is only minutes away! Great central location on beautiful Lake Vermilion!

You will hear loons and boats while enjoying a sunset and peace of this location. At days end enjoy a Sauna, campfire or gather at the bar on the main level. Plenty of room for parking for boat, sled trailers and an attached 2 stall garage.

The Wandering Moose -Cabin Getaway, with Sauna!

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

Our home is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, four season lake home with absolutely amazing lake views! This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & a 3 season porch. Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.
