Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Cozy Cottage

This adorable guest house is situated in a lovely neighborhood in the quaint river town of Conway, SC. A beautiful pool and deck area is available several months of the year. 8 miles from Coastal Carolina University make it a great place to stay for attending student events. Historic downtown Conway offers a delightful river walk along the banks of the Waccamaw River, along with an array of shopping, dining and historic attractions. Conway is also just 12 mi. inland from Myrtle Beach.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This property is located in Conway, SC., 15 miles from the beach!During your stay here, you'll be able to make yourself at home easily in the fully equipped tiny house. Come enjoy the coziness of the home, as well as the peaceful, natural, and scenic vibe this place has to offer! Also. check out the many local favorites in downtown Conway! Come "glamping" with us!

Adorable Downtown lodging-dogs welcome! Apt.102

This 1-bedroom & 1- bathroom is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It’s in the heart of downtown so you may hear some traffic but it’s our most popular place! It has black out curtains, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a dining table. There’s a restaurant/bar downstairs so you may also hear some noise during their hours of operation.. they close Tues-Thur@ 8:00pm Fri -Sat@ 9:00pm & closed on Sun. & Mon. We were having WiFi issues but thankfully that's now been resolved and works great!!

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

Escape to the River Birch Bungalow, a serene environment at our family-owned estate, dating back to 1939. This recently refurbished rustic home near the Little Pee Dee River offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With all the comforts for a stress-free getaway, it's just a 30 min drive to Lumber State Park and a short distance to nearby villages. Ideal for long-term stays, pet-friendly and can accommodate two vehicles. Only an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Kick back and relax in this cheerful, bright space. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area is peaceful and secluded. Take an early morning stroll on the farm, then head back to the house for a cup of coffee in the swing. The house was built with a chic, farmhouse style and adorned with charming details.
