Historical Hicks Cottage

Hicks Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the Wakatipu Basin. It dates back to the 1870s and was beautifully restored in 2022. The kitchen has been updated with high end amenities and has everything you will need to make a gorgeous dinner at home. E bikes are located on the property for hire. A great way to explore the area. A roll away bed can be provided for a 3rd guest. We are located 15 minutes from Queenstown, 10 minutes from Arrowtown, and 8 minutes to the Queenstown Airport.

C Wise Cottage - Glenorchy

If you are inspired by rustic old things and being cosy this cottage is the one. The cottage is well over 100 yrs old but has had some TLC to keep it alive, it is fully fenced with plenty of room for all to zoom around. As with any old place there are quirks and oddities but lying in the big old bath looking outside is a must.The toilet is an oldie but a goody even if it is a hop skip and a jump from the house, I'd advise bringing a torch!!! For the timid, it doesn't have a flush button!!!!!!

Crown Range Historic Stables

Beautiful romantic Stone Stables for two in a rural location with fantastic views. This is a stand alone building and the only one of its type on the property. Very warm and cosy with everything you need. Just 7kms from the historic village of Arrowtown and 20 minutes from downtown Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. If you are a keen golfer there are 3 options with 5 minutes drive. Set amongst and lovely cottage garden, you have your own private get away. Privately situated near our family home, with parking right outside.

Comfortable modern cottage centrally located in historic Arrowtown with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lounge. Garden, off street parking, WIFI. Residential area but town is just a minutes walk away. You can hike or bike into the hills from the front door. Great little café for breakfast or lunch is just 20 metres up the road.
