Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This entire house with a private pool and hot tub and pet-friendly home is all yours to enjoy! Imagine staying here with the whole family in this peaceful place. Play cornhole, hit the mountain bike trails straight from the house on tunnel vision trail, or a short drive to explore the rest of the Mountain Bike Capital of the World and see the amazing beauty of Bella Vista including golf and more! We hope you and your family make lasting memories in our vacation home. (pets are an extra fee)

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in the Pines, less than 200 yards from trail access, and with lake access at the end of the road, Pine Cone Cottage is a truly unique setting. You will feel like you are in a treehouse amidst the forest, but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, golf, and the highway. Our goal is for you to have a peaceful escape during your stay and we believe Pine Cone Cottage will live up to your expectations.

Trailhead Tree House is a spacious, 2,800 sq ft home, with a private hot tub, nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a private pathway that directly connects to the Tunnel Vision mountain biking/ walking trail. Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.
