"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Unsere Hütte ist bestens geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Strom + Wasser vorhanden.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Das Appartment liegt im Ortsteil Schüttdorf/Zell am See in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Die gesamte Wohneinheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ein eigener Vorgarten lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomat, Busstation. Kostenloser Skibus nach Kaprun nur 300m entfernt. Die neue Areitbahn mit Schischule ist nur 700m entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
