Magnificent views of hill country and relaxing vacation option for your family-perfect for weekend getaway …Located about 10 miles from downtown Bandera. You can enjoy the evenings in the shade under pergola watching the birds soar in the breeze and enjoy the mornings watching beautiful sunrises while you sip your coffee on back porch. We are on the Medina Lake but currently in drought conditions and lake close to empty- however the views are still amazing even with no water! We’d 🩷2 have U!

Secluded Medina River Cabin

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Nestled in the oaks and cedar you hardly remember that you are in a neighborhood. Enjoy grilling and relaxing in the shade or watching the river run from the spacious front porch. It's just a short walk to the river where you can swim, tube, kayak or just lounge in the cool clear water of the Medina. Dog friendly, up to two are welcome.

The Sherlock Home is an immersive overnight experience. Please note- due to its unique escape-like intricate game there is an extra guest fee of $40 per guest over the initial two guests. As you pass from the outside deck into the Cottage's living room you will pass from the 21st century, back in time to a more leisurely mid-20th century Cottage. This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.
