Cozy, updated house with 3 bedrooms plus a den set up as an additional bedroom, room for 7 Adults & 2 children. Located 2 blocks from the stadium. Family friendly as well as a great weekend destination with a group of friends. Plenty of space and a full backyard to hang out in. A bar with a TV in the basement, great to watch the games man-cave style. Brand new washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, and coffee! Also there is a charcoal grill ready for game day!

This is my 2 bedroom little house! It’s the smallest house in my collection that I Airbnb! We also have a 5 bedroom house. This is the baby of them! So if you don’t need a large house but love smaller cozy houses and don’t have a large group or large family then this is the house for you!
