Kennedy Town is a trendy living area in HK. 15mins away from Central, the neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafés. I'm helping a friend to sublet her beautiful and tranquil flat, surrounded by its own private walk-out garden while she's away this holiday. The flat is conveniently located just 5min from the ferry pier in Lamma's upscale Po Wah Yuen neighbourhood and also just 5min from Lamma's most beautiful beach. The 1000sqft private garden backs directly into the forest. The beach is a short walk. Great hiking trails and natural falls with pools are closeby.
