Maple Forest: hike-bike-ski

My place is close to Mount Mansfield for skiing and hiking, right on xc and mountain bike trails, across the road from the Matterhorn where there is fantastic wood fired pizza and sushi! Our location is fun-tastic! Although the house is private up in the woods. We are typically quiet here by 10 pm, but you can howl all night at the Matterhorn if you like and just walk up the drive home, never drive your car! Safer... We have coffee and granola for breakfast. .

Historic Farmhouse/ large bedroom with fireplace

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs, a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Rooms are furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens are always available weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.
