Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. Quiet and peaceful surrounded by 10 acres of sunny pasture in the summer and the snowmobile trail / DIY cross country ski trails in the winter. It's a 1/2 hour drive to Stowe Mt. or Smugglers Notch ski resorts and an hour to Jay Peak. Elmore State park is only 2 miles away for hiking and swimming in the lake ! It's a great location for anyone who loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking and also just relaxing.

We are just outside of the village of Jeffersonville (3 minute walk to Main St.) The apartment is on the ground floor of our duplex. Jayne and Zach are your hosts who live upstairs with their dog Moses. The space has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, one queen bed and full bath. Just 4 miles down the road from Smugglers Notch Resort. 45 mins to Burlington. 25 mins to Stowe in the summertime.
